Your voice belongs to you. This page says, in plain words, what we keep, why, who can see it, and how to make it go away.
When you talk with a companion, we keep the recording, the transcript, and what the companion wrote afterward — the letters and reflections. We keep your name, the phone number you call from or that a companion calls, and, if you gave one, your email address. If a family member set a companion up for you, we keep what they told us about how to be with you, and who they are to you.
So the companion knows you the next time. So your story accumulates instead of evaporating. So the people you chose to share it with can read it. That is the whole purpose of Honestly, E, and it is the only purpose your information serves.
You. Anyone you have named as a witness — a family member who set a companion up for you, or someone you invited. Our staff, only when you ask for help or when something breaks and needs repair. No one else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train anyone else's systems.
If you agree to receive text messages from a companion, we keep your phone number and your consent so we can send them and stop when you say stop. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies — typically one text after a conversation you had with a companion, and an occasional reminder of a call you scheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Full program terms: honestly-e.com/terms.
Ask, and it is gone — a single conversation or everything. Write to admin@honestly-e.com from the address on your account, or ask from inside My Life. Deleted means deleted, including the recordings.
On servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings and letters are stored under keys that are not guessable. Our companions are built on services from Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Deepgram, Twilio and Stripe; each receives only what it needs to do its part of the work, and none of them may use your conversations for anything else.
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will tell you. Questions: admin@honestly-e.com. Honestly, E is a Desta-Nation product. Last updated September 22, 2026.
